Topic: Building Partnerships- Advancing Mission

In senior living, meaningful partnerships are essential to creating vibrant communities and advancing organizational mission. This program highlights how intentional collaboration and shared vision cultivate strong relationships which inspire generosity, fuel innovation, strengthen engagement, amplify impact and enhance quality of life for those we serve.

A case study of Trailside Organic Farm, a collaboration between Rodale Institute and Cornwall Manor will be presented. Attendees are invited and welcome to join the conversation by sharing partnership experiences, successes, and approaches that have moved their missions forward and enhanced donor relationships

Speaker: Vicki Deitzler, Vice President for Advancement and Operations at Cornwall Manor. Vicki’s career spans 30+ years in philanthropic engagement, healthcare advancement, and senior living. She is dedicated to connecting donor passions with meaningful opportunities that drive innovation, fund clinical research, support the arts and create programs that improve lives.

Prior to joining Cornwall Manor, Vicki served as Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations for Penn State Health and Penn State College of Medicine, where she cultivated partnerships to advance medical discovery, education, and patient care initiatives. At Cornwall Manor, Vicki has championed collaborative initiatives to promote healthy longevity, including a partnership with Rodale Institute to create an organic farm that provides residents with access to nutrient-dense, organically grown produce.

A Teams link will be available for those unable to attend in person. We highly recommend attending in person to facilitate conversations and networking.
